Inward Journey Outward Growth is here as a resource for people looking for life change and discovery.
Working one on one and in groups with clients to move past obstacles in there life such as: Depression, stress, addictions, phobias, trauma, grief, pain, and weight management.
On a positive note, we facilitate: healing, living past Cancer and AIDS, achieving mental and physical goals, healthy relation ships, understanding dreams, uncovering past memories, finding lost objects, and positive motivation.
We have group classes and seminars for those expanding their awareness, and are a cost affective way to experience and learn about non-ordinary states of consciousness, and other mind/body/spirit processes.
Working with parents and children opens up new tools for dealing with: ADD, asthma, learning difficulties, bed wetting, thumb sucking, phobias, trauma, depression, grief, weight management, and behavior difficulties, all with out drugs.
On the positive side with children, we facilitate: athletic abilities, talent refinement, positive thinking, public speaking, healthy family relationships, self-confidence, social skills, and motivation.

My staff and I are here to help you see your self and the world in new ways.
As a child I had many dreams. At first My dreams were nighttimes, and terrifying. After time I stood up to the fear in my dreams to come face to face with what I later found was my inner self.
Dreams were just the start of a long quest to understand life, as I know it.
With my personal experiences and inward travels, I have a unique view of mind, body, and spirit. My path is "my path"; my goal is not to make everyone see as I do, it is to facilitate a personal unique view that is open to each of us.
